Were were scuba diving off Mnemba Island so this location is very near and convenient.

I love this property and the owners . Every stay I feel like a home . I formed an amazing bond with supporting staff and mother of the house .Everything about the property is amazing.

L’établissement Jambiani Villas se trouve à Jambiani. Il s’étend sur 3 propriétés, situées à 400 mètres les unes des autres : Kaskazi, Katikati et Kusini. My partner and I spent almost 3 weeks in Zanzibar in January 2022. We have stayed at 4 different areas of the island, in 5 different hotels, Jambiani Villa being the second one, for 4 nights. Jambiani itself is a quiet fishing village with only a few hotels, guesthouses and restaurants. Right after we booked this accommodation we knew we made the right choice just by the way the hotel communicated with us. Prior our arrival we received the most detailed information about the Villas and the village, and received valuable tips and hits for traveling to Zanzibar in general. The Jambiani Villas are located in 3 properties. We stayed in the main building, called Katikati, in one of the apartments (Iliki) on the top floor, facing the outdoor pool and the ocean. Even though it was right above the restaurant, neither the smell, nor the noise (if there was any) could be felt or heard in our room. Our apartment had a very spacious and clean room with comfortable king size bed, air-conditioning, desk, sofa, TV, etc., spacious and really nice bath, a full kitchen with fridge and a large balcony. Finding European plugs in the room were a nice surprise. :) Wifi always worked perfectly throughout our stay. Breakfast is wonderful. I loved the fresh guacamole and the home made jam! At the beginning I was a little worried that having a restaurant onsite is going to be busy and noise, but not at all. It was actually very quiet, and it came handy that we could have lunch and/or dinner on site whenever we wanted to. The outdoor area is small, but clean, tidy and comfortable. The extremely kind, warm and helpful staff, along with the amazing efficient and professional management team made our stay really memorable. Most beautiful in that place was terrace roundness palms with view on the ocean. Delicious breakfast with fresh juices and fruits.

Doté d'une plage privée et offrant une vue sur la mer, le RoRi Private Luxury Villas est une villa récemment rénovée située à Bwejuu, à quelques pas de la plage. We liked the cleanliness and layout of this large and well appointed villa. It was comfortable for two couples. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and spread out. The host Rodrigo was responsive and friendly and willing to accommodate our late checkout request. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts were excellent. You can walk the beach for miles. The villa was private and easy walking distance to restaurants. Good references for taxis and tours. There is a nearby small store to change money.

Situé à Bwejuu, le Sand Beach Boutique Villas propose un balcon avec vue sur la piscine et le jardin, une piscine extérieure ouverte toute l'année, des services de beauté et une baignoire en plein... The staff are really sweet, rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was to die for.

Doté d'une piscine avec vue et d'un jardin, le Kikadini House est un hébergement récemment rénové situé à Jambiani, à proximité de la plage de Jambiani. Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!
